1. About these services
Speak with Neha provides private online English speaking, social-fluency, communication, voice, and pronunciation coaching for adults. Speak with Neha is operated by Unkomon Co.
These services are educational and coaching services. They are not medical care, speech-language pathology, psychotherapy, or treatment for a speech disorder.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in a coaching program unless Speak with Neha expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Program structure
Unless the program description says otherwise, a three-month private coaching program includes 24 private sessions of approximately 50 minutes each. Two sessions per week is the recommended rhythm, but you choose your sessions from the available booking calendar.
Availability is offered on a first-booked basis. Purchasing a program does not guarantee a particular recurring day or time.
Programs are individualized. The exact exercises, examples, practice situations, and emphasis may change based on your goals, progress, and observed needs.
4. Program validity
Your 24 sessions are valid for 100 days from your first coaching session unless we agree to a different date in writing. You are responsible for booking sessions early enough to use your balance before it expires.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due according to the option selected at checkout.
If an installment plan is offered, you are purchasing the full program and paying its price in installments. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership. Missed installment payments may pause access to future sessions until the account is brought current.
6. Scheduling, cancellations and refunds
Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, expiration, and refund rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Your role in the coaching process
Progress depends on many factors, including your starting point, attendance, practice between sessions, willingness to experiment, and opportunities to use English in real life. You agree to participate honestly and respectfully and to provide information that is reasonably necessary to tailor the coaching.
8. No guaranteed result
Speak with Neha does not guarantee fluency, a native accent, a promotion, employment, a particular test score, or any other specific personal or professional outcome. Coaching is designed to help you practice and improve particular communication skills; results vary by person.
9. Voice & Pronunciation scope
Voice & Pronunciation coaching may include work on speech clarity, sounds, stress, rhythm, linking, intonation, pacing, and related communication habits. It is not diagnosis or treatment of a clinical speech, language, voice, hearing, or swallowing disorder. If your goals appear to require a licensed clinical professional, I may recommend that you consult one.
10. Recordings
A coaching session will not be recorded for marketing, testimonial, case-study, or public use without your permission. If we use recordings privately for progress comparison or coaching feedback, that use will be discussed with you first.
11. Coaching materials
Worksheets, exercises, frameworks, recordings, and other materials created by Speak with Neha are for your personal use unless stated otherwise. You may not resell, publish, distribute, or commercially reproduce them without permission.
12. Respectful participation
Harassment, sexual misconduct, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior are not accepted. Speak with Neha may end a session or coaching relationship when necessary to protect safety or maintain a respectful learning environment.
13. Technology and third-party services
Coaching may rely on third-party services for booking, payment, email, calendar, and video calls. Temporary outages or failures can happen. If a technical problem on my side or a platform-wide outage prevents a meaningful session, the session will be restored and rescheduled.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version available when you enroll, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.
