“You probably know more English than you think.”We work on getting that English out when you actually need it.
The personality gapYou are quicker, warmer or funnier in your first language than you feel in English.
The capability gapYou know what you want to say, but the conversation moves before you can say it.
The clarity gapYour English is strong, but the way it sounds does not always match how capable you feel.
This is the part after “learning English”

You understand the language. Real life is still harder.

The problem is not always what you know. It is how quickly, naturally and confidently you can access it.

You translate in your head while everyone else keeps talking.
You knew what you wanted to say in the meeting — about thirty seconds too late.
You understand the words, but not always the joke, sarcasm or implied meaning.
You can do your job in English. Casual conversation is somehow harder.
Your answers come out flatter, shorter or more formal than the person you actually are.
Your English is good, but people still ask you to repeat yourself.
You are tired of sounding less capable in English than you feel in your own head.
The premise behind all three programs

You probably know more English than you think.

Choose the gap you want to close

Three different reasons English gets in the way.

Every program is a three-month private coaching engagement. The sessions are the delivery. The outcome is the reason you are here.

You do not need to fit perfectly into a box. These programs organize the problem we start with; the coaching itself adapts to what is actually slowing you down.

Not a bigger bag of English lessons
Twenty-four sessions only matter if the English starts showing up outside the session.
01

We find the bottleneck.

Translation, retrieval speed, listening, social nuance, pronunciation, fear of mistakes — or a mix. We work on the thing actually getting in your way.

02

We practice it on purpose.

Real situations, repeated attempts, live feedback and language you can actually use — not a textbook chapter chosen because it is Tuesday.

03

We make it harder.

Faster questions. Less scripting. Interruptions. Humor. Pressure. Longer answers. The goal is not to perform beautifully when everything is easy.

04

We look for transfer.

Did the meeting feel different? Did you join the conversation? Did you catch the joke? Did someone stop asking you to repeat that sound? Real life is the test.

How the three months work

Enough repetition to actually observe change.

I am not going to promise fluency in 90 days. I am going to give us enough time and repetition to identify patterns, train them, pressure-test them and see whether they begin carrying into your real life.

PHASE 01

Baseline

We establish what actually happens when English gets difficult and capture the starting point we will compare against later.

PHASE 02

Build

We isolate the most important patterns and practice them repeatedly in increasingly natural language.

PHASE 03

Pressure

We recreate the situations that matter: meetings, jokes, group conversation, spontaneous Q&A, real speech and real speed.

PHASE 04

Transfer

We remove more of the scaffolding and look for what survives when you are not consciously thinking about English.

October enrollment

10 private coaching spots available.

I personally coach every client, so I am limiting October enrollment to ten new private clients. Once those places are filled, this availability message comes down.

Choose the program that sounds closest to your problem. If your needs overlap, that is normal — the coaching adapts once we start working together.

Hi, I’m Neha.

I care about the English people actually use.

My professional background is in writing, communication and marketing, so I have spent years paying attention to how language works in real life: what people say, what they mean, how tone changes a sentence, and why technically correct English can still feel unnatural.

I also learned to speak English at a native level myself. I know there is a huge difference between understanding a language and being able to access it naturally when a real person is waiting for your answer.

That is the gap these programs work on. Not more theory for the sake of theory. We speak, notice, correct, repeat, pressure-test and use it again.

You should not have to become less funny, less capable or less yourself because the conversation is happening in English.

I am not a speech-language pathologist, and I do not treat clinical speech disorders. Voice & Pronunciation is communication coaching focused on clarity, speech patterns and spoken American English.

FAQ

Before you choose a program.

These programs are for adults who already know enough English to have a conversation. You do not need perfect grammar or advanced vocabulary, but this is not a beginner-from-zero course.
Because the problems we are working on are habits, not facts. Thinking in another language before answering, missing social nuance, or losing pronunciation patterns under pressure usually requires repetition over time. Twenty-four sessions gives us enough room to identify patterns, practice them, make the situations harder, and observe whether the work begins to transfer into real life.
No. Twice a week is the recommended rhythm, but you schedule your sessions yourself from the available calendar. Your days can change from week to week.
Choose the program that describes the problem that bothers you most. The categories are a starting point, not rigid boxes. If we discover that another skill is actually slowing you down, the coaching can adapt.
I do not promise fluency on a deadline. We set specific speaking goals, establish a baseline, practice repeatedly, and compare your progress across the program. The aim is meaningful improvement in the real situations where English currently gets in your way.
No. Your accent is part of how you speak. The goal is more control: clearer sounds, stronger rhythm and stress, more natural connected speech, and fewer moments where the way something sounds gets in the way of what you mean.
No. This is communication and pronunciation coaching, not clinical speech therapy. If your goals involve a speech disorder or another clinical concern, a licensed speech-language pathologist is the right professional.
Yes, up to 24 hours before your session. New bookings also require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled, rescheduled, or missed inside the 24-hour window count as used unless I choose to make an exception.
We review what changed and what still needs work. You can stop, continue coaching, or move into another focus area. The goal is not to keep you in lessons forever.
October enrollment

Bring me the English that gets in your way.

Maybe it is the meeting where you cannot answer fast enough. Maybe it is the joke everyone else understood. Maybe it is the sound you keep getting asked to repeat. We start there.
